Collection: FAQ/ POLICY
RETAIL MEANS: Fabric is on hand and is ready to ship. You can also send us a message right away at sweetticklesprints@gmail.com, so we can correct the problem.
Please make sure if you want your fabric right away, just order retail.
RETAIL ORDERS: Retail orders take 1 to 3 business days but can take up to 7 business days depending on how many orders are in the queque. Please place retail and preorder separate.
We do not offer layaway on retail orders. PLEASE, DO NOT COMBINE RETAIL WITH PREORDERS. If you do, your retail items won’t ship to you until your preorder gets to us and is ready to ship.
PREORDER MEANS: The fabric is not on hand and once the round closes we submit the design with quantities to get it print.
Preorder: Current turn around time for pre-orders is 8 weeks to arrive to us starting from the close of the round. *Refunds will not be given due to wait time*. Please only order if you are comfortable with the TAT(Turn around time). We reserved the right to extend the preorder at our discretion.
*** Combining Preorders: You can always do an ADD ON on an existing order by entering the following code: ADD ON as long as you are still on within the shipping bracket.
IMPORTANT:
There’s no refund, and no cancellation once the order is placed. If you file a claim with Paypal or any other method without coming to us first to address any issue you may have, you will be removed from the group.
You have 7 days to inspect your fabric once the package is received to address any issue you may have.
Please allow 24-48hours to respond to any issue you may have for us to reach a solution.
RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of custom digital printing, there is no refund nor return policy unless the fabric is misprinted by the printer. Please inspect your items once you get it. You have up to 7 working days to message us regarding flaws or shortage. Exchanges will only be accepted if fabric received is uncut, unwashed, and free from any odor. Any minor flaws under 1” inch that will not distract the fabric appearance will not be discounted. There is NO discount for shrinkage.
ORDER CANCELATION: There is a 10% cancelation fee on retail and preorders.
FABRIC ETA: Upon closing of Preorder, please allow up to 8 weeks for fabric to arrived. Add another 1 to 2 weeks for me to cut and ship everything. Please be aware that somethings cutting make take longer depending how big the round is. I will try to go as fast as i can to send your fabric as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY: is by weight and actual shipping Anything under 4lbs can be ship via First Class but 4lbs and up has to be Priority Mail.
LAYAWAY: There is no minimum on layaway. Just use code "LAYAWAY50" to get 50% down upon checkout and the rest will invoice and paid in full once the fabric arrives to us. (Layaway only applies to preorders)
Unpaid invoices will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit and your fabric.
BULK DISCOUNT: Available for an order of any single print of 10 yards and over will receive 10% discount .(of the same print are ordered) Please enter code : 10BULKORDER
This code can only be used to place an order with bulk yardage. This will not apply for Retail orders DO NOT INCLUDE ANY OTHER ITEMS ON AN ORDER WITH THIS COUPON CODE. Orders placed where this code is used incorrectly will have their order cancelled and refunded.

12 + yards- Large Parcel :Shipping will be invoiced once your fabric is packaged and weighed

INSURANCE: We offer Route and will automatically apply to your cart. We recommend to insure your package
Pictures: Please know that we will not tolerate the use of someone else's photo without their permission. This is a general rule in most groups. You are not welcomed to use someone else's images as your own or to promote interest in your own group. You are welcome to use our stock pictures to promote in your group.
You are welcome to direct people to our group so they can see our strike images and give them an idea how the results will be. Last but not least, it is not allowed to alter any images from our team. The coloring on the products offered from other bases will not match the printing on vinyl because the printing processes are different.

*Panels sizes are approximate, they won’t be exact as above. Variance in sizes is normal, especially if panels are printed/rerun at different times. The printer will print as best as they can to the approx. sizes but be aware they can be variance on the sizes on panels.
