When you place a preorder, you are agreeing that you are purchasing an item that is not yet in hand. You agree that there is a wait time to complete your purchase with a turn around time stated in listing upon closing of pre-order period (8 weeks upon closure of the preorder period and not including packing/shipping time when it arrives to headquarters). Refunds will not be issued due to wait times as you agree to the pre-order turn around time. Updates on pre orders will be posted in the Facebook group.

All sales are final unless there is an issue on our part. If that is the case, please contact us at to resolve the issue before making a claim. 

Once items are sent via USPS, I am not responsible for lost packages, damage during transit, and misplaced packages. In the case an incident occurs, I will work with you to get your refund from USPS if you have purchased insurance.

It is common to have some debris/dirt markings along the selvage from packing/shipping from the supplier and is not considered a flaw.
Please do not wash or cut your fabric until you have inspected it for flaws and reaching out. Send us an email at within 5 days of receiving fabric to inform me of any flaws. Please include a picture of your packing slip and issue. 
Refunds are only given if there is a flaw with the fabric on the printed side. Flaws include holes, marks, printer error, etc bigger than a quarter. Flaws within 3 to 4" of the selvage will not be refunded or discounted.
Refunds or returns will only be issued if the fabric is flawed. If a cancellation is agreed upon, you are agreeing that there is a restocking fee of 15%.
All refunds will be to your original form of payment. A 15% non refundable transaction fee may apply.
